The anatomy of water

What's inside the glass.

Water is never just water. It carries minerals from the rock it rose through, dissolved gases from the air, and a quiet electrical charge measured as pH. The app reads all of it.

  • H₂OTwo hydrogen, one oxygen. The molecule that does the dissolving.
  • Ca²⁺Calcium ions, leached from limestone. Builds bone density when you drink it.
  • Mg²⁺Magnesium. Quiet electrolyte, useful after a long run.
  • HCO₃⁻Bicarbonate. Buffers the water's pH and gives it a soft mouthfeel.
  • pHThe acid-alkaline balance. Above 7 is alkaline. Below 7 is acidic.

Should I get this water?
Yes — it's a solid daily-drinker. Good calcium, low sodium, neutral pH. Pairs well with food.
For after a long run?
You'd want something with more sodium. Try Vichy Catalan or Gerolsteiner instead.

Praise

What early users are saying.

Beta testers, runners, sommeliers, and the curious.

I scanned three bottles in my fridge. Found out my "good" water has 5x more sodium than the one I usually skip. Reordered my pantry that night.

Finally an app that treats water like the rest of us treat wine. The mineral breakdown is genuinely useful for pairings — I've started recommending it to guests.

Your data, your business.

Four straight rules the app sticks to.

01

The camera is for labels.

Nothing is recorded or uploaded unless you tap to scan. The viewfinder isn't always listening.

02

No ads. Ever.

We don't sell your data, run ad networks, or share information with marketers. There is nothing to sell.

03

Your data is yours.

Scans, hydration logs, account email — stored securely, deleted on request within a week.

04

Anonymous, by default.

We measure crashes and broad usage to fix bugs and ship better. Nothing identifying, nothing creepy.

Drink with attention.
